Computer Aided Design
Using AutoCAD, I design buildings and surrounding area to accompany many needs around the world.
St. Augustine Dryline Project
We were asked to create a dryline for a safe environment next to the intracoastal to build. The idea was to build up the land as a park in order for more public space. This would allow for a better environment and a safer place to create a building.
Above shows a site in downtown St. Augustine where I was asked to design a dryline for an upcoming building space.
Jacksonville Mixed Use Design Project
The Jacksonville Landing Project was an idea to recreate the Landing. With Partners Cassidy Roberts as project manager, and Sarah Parrett as engineer, we created a new building and area with commercial and residential space. I was the architect and designed the main look and floorplans for the building. The new building also needed to be sustainable. The Marmora, provided a great view from Laura Street to the St. Johns River with many new sustainable features and areas for people to gather.
Contract Work
After Hurricane Irma, in the fall of 2017, Intracoastal Builders contracted with me to lay out a series of AutoCAD drawings to help rebuild a restaurant devastated by the flooding in the San Marco area of Jacksonville Florida.
Veteran's Village Tiny House Project
I was tasked to create a community for veterans. With up to 50 houses, veterans would have the luxury of living on a site by the St. Johns Town Center. A medical facility, community garden, gazebos, and green space would be included on the property. Veterans would be living in a tiny house, each with unique features.
